Add patient change history page

1. Create a new page
2. Create a new database property
3. Update that property whenever a new patient is created, whenever an order is created, and whenever a patient or order is edited or deleted.

As per @martinbebey, maybe we have a huge database log of all transactions that have occurred in the application. When you want to have the logs of a specific user, just search the log for that users id.
