Currently netpyne is developed as an old extension. Move to new React application structure.

Current status: ported to new geppetto-client and updated material-ui. The application starts but the graphics and basic interaction are broken.

Components were missing in new material-ui and replaced:

  • MenuIcon
  • DashboardGroup

Also this is needed: openworm/geppetto-client#178

@ddelpiano update: mostly working, yet still to be widely tested and graphically/functionally fixed. I'll leave to @rodriguez-facundo the final fixes.
to do:

  • run/fix casper tests. In the case the test is completely broken, remove the test.
  • do manual tests. Many features may be broken
  • fix broken stuff
  • do graphical fixes - only for really broken stuff: the real theming will come in the future.
