I was able to create the dedicated image for Matlab and to run it using this command:

docker run -p 8888:8888 ghcr.io/mathworks-ref-arch/matlab-integration-for-jupyter/jupyter-byoi-matlab-notebook:r2022b

To register, I used the online registration way, from the link that had been shared by email.
