More introductory information needed on start page...

what is a subtopic (mouse-overs...)
describe that it is path .
describe performance expectation... that the site will take a few minutes to download indexing information ... caution disclaimer ... 1 G!
highlight that it generates a configuration files (first time users get a leg up.) because it isn't obvious until you have entered valid info.

Now the hover question mark icons (?) say "Click for help - ..." to let user know that more information is available.
Documentation to be beefed up...
