Improve solution for 4.2c #139

The solution for 4.2c is for precipitation not tm and also only historical not future as well

It should be changed to be for mean temperature and extended to include the future period

EAS worksheet_solutions.ipynb fixed in e0e96f4; swapped from pr to tm, added loop over hist & future periods.
Test outfiles here: /net/home/h03/ramato/git/PyPRECIS/notebooks/my_untracked/EAS_notebooks/data_v2/test_out/climatology/*OND*tm.C*
