Allow global container registry override via values.yaml for operator

For using custom container registry (airgap scenario) need to use custom chart values.
At current moment it require to change up to 22 image paths including 8 with joined version.

Implementation of global.registry value will make user-friendly and error-safe way to make air-gapped deployment. Also it will unlock operator version update without requirement to rewrite large block of values.
