Just fires one bullet then stops working

I hold shift and it fires one bullet, then after trying to hold shift again and aiming at head it just stops working. Ive already asked ChatGPT. Help????

if you know using the python, every match begun open python file and change the fire key ("k") assing another key. Try this one.
