Include VMware's hot stuff

I think VM Ware's PoS algorithm "Hot Stuff" algorithm is worthy of mention. Its written pretty well, so its not too hard of a read, https://arxiv.org/pdf/1803.05069.pdf. Unfortunately I don't really have time to write up a full explanation of the algorithm in the meta analysis, but I still think it would be cool to add.

If nothing else, a footnote / small subsection about it would be cool.
