Similar to how VSCode allows you to open recent files and folders, it could be helpful to be able to open recent log files from the "File" menu in AdvantageScope

I generally try avoid duplicating OS functionality in AdvantageScope whenever possible, and it already has OS-level support for recent documents on macOS and Windows. The menu appears in the Dock and in Mission Control on macOS, and I believe is part of the task bar on Windows. Support on Windows for the WPILib version is blocked by wpilibsuite/WPILibInstaller-Avalonia#359.
Adding an additional native button to the menu bar on macOS is trivial since there's a built-in option for it, but Windows and Linux are lagging behind and would require a custom implementation. Given that they don't support a native recent documents menu, that's probably a reasonable addition.
