Update plugin for the current Eclipse version (2021-03)

After installing the last version of the Eclipse I lost the possibility to install the CSV editor. I'm not sure is this Eclipse itself or conflict with DBeaver IDE 21.1.0.202106012023

Eclipse 2021-06 here. There is indeed the problem that we get an error when trying to install the plugin from the Eclipse Marketplace.

But if I use the "Install New Software..." dialog in Eclipse and manually enter the update site that is linked in the readme (https://raw.githubusercontent.com/SegFaultError/CsvEdit/master/csvedit.update/site.xml), I can install and run it without any issues.

Nodeclipse repository was hosted on Bintray, which is down.
