The current instructions require Windows/Mac users to install the libmagic library or other workaround packages providing it.

Once this PR is merged: ahupp/python-magic#294

python-magic should be bumped up ASAP.

Otherwise, some streamlined way to get libmagic must be described or python-magic must be substituted with something else.
