Some tooling would be helpful to show what kind of plugins are available and what kinds of relationships they have.

For a start, a CLI tool per plugin group would be helpful that simply can expose the plugin group APIs. (#9)

Ideally, we could also have Plugin Metadata that is more coarse grained (only registered plugins), but semantic itself. Each plugin group could have a schema.org dumper based on the CreativeWork schema. The @id should be based on the PluginRef.
