#595 added a utility to serve execution reports. That utility serves an index page that lists all of the reports it's currently hosting. It'd be nice if the served reports were able to detect (e.g.: if their request to /heartbeat is successful) when they're being served by duct and offer a link to that meta-index from their own flow index page.
