I'm a regular user of markmind's basic format and I've decided to buy the rich format version for one year in October 2023. However, I regularly have a few problems :

  • When I switch from the markdown rich mode view to the mind map mode, the mind map doesn't display anything (only "Root") whereas, when I switch from the markdown basic mode view to the mind map mode, the mind map displays the content.
  • When I try to export a table in pdf mode, nothing happens

I hope you can solve my problems! I'd also like to point out that I've activated my codes, relaunched the application and the plugin several times but nothing works...
Have a nice day!

The photos are a mess.
The real order :
1 = 1st image
2 = last image
3 = 8th image
4 = 7th image
5 = 5th image
6 = 4th image
7 = 3rd image

Note that the rich mode retrieves data from the JSON format, while the basic mode supports unordered lists of markdowns.

Under normal circumstances, it is not allowed to mix and use.

There are conversion commands in the CTRL P command panel. For example, you can convert rich mode to basic mode, which will generate a new file in your library, and vice versa.
