This GitHub repository provides scripts for the analyses conducted in our article entitiled, Genetic correlates of socio-economic status influence the pattern of shared heritability across mental health traits. For clarity, these scripts all focus only on the latent SES factor. The separate SES proxies (EA, HI,TI) follow the exact same steps.
