Can we change this to say:

For employees escalate to Ashu, Jeremy, Susan.
For students escalate to the head of your program (Dion or Liz for SA, Braus or Susan for PA)

I don't think its probably the right thing for a student to go to Ashu or Jeremy with a harassment problem.

Thoughts?
