ios 14 error

Library used for @macfja/svelte-persistent-store as a dependency.

If we launch it at safari on ios 14 got error like that.

Because BigInt64Array is not present in such an old Safari. Probably we should check BigInt64Array existence, before trying to get access to it.

great, will update and test. Actually we were living with some polifills because of that :)
