Customize the defautl template to be a bit more MUNCS-ey

like, have the black & white cs logo visible at the top of each page, pick a font, etc.
potentially don't apply the new template to things created at a previous date to the new template to keep them as they would have been generated at the time for history-sake

Hey Jack, i changed up the template adding the logo and changing the format of the header a bit. Markdown in github is limited when it comes to formatting so I'm not sure how I can change the font family and stuff. I added a new folder to root called assets which includes the logo. (I couldn't use the link from the logo hosted in MUNCS website because it's black and github doesn't let you change colors of SVG, so I had to manually change the color of the logo and upload a new one).

Not sure if this is what you wanted in mind. Let me know if you want any more changes.
