Hello,

when trying to run the converter (v1.3.1) Avira AntiVir detects a Malware (HEUR) and moves the application to quarantine.

Best regards

I am currently still looking into the antivirus behaviour and what changed since the last pyinstaller versions, where it was still working. Workaround for you: Try an older version of this tool (to be found in the release section).
I think one additional problem that people face, is that MS decided to enforce Software Certificate signatures in Windows (Defender?) which can only be obtained by spending (a lot of) money, which I don't intend to do.

@BSalzmann, checkout the latest release v1.3.1c. It has a far better anti-virus score compared to the other releases (report attached in release page)
