Hi!
In the
nnUNetDataLoader3D, segmentations are padded with-1. From what I understand, checking outnnUNetTrainer's class, I see that there's a transformation that is always applied during training which essentially removes this-1.My question is (and it might be a very dumb one), why? Why is this -1 value added and then removed?
