Publish in es5

Would be great if the dist files were published in es5 since the browsers you need this plugin for (e.g. IE11) don't support es6.

@eulbot thank you for your advice, but maybe it will be better if you compile the code with buble or babel in your project. I am not sure about that, and how do you think about it?
