[Feature] Annotate PV module defects

Especially when there is already an annotation of the electric connection for a plant it's tricky to select modules by mouse.
It would be quite handy if we could utilize the keyboard while annotating module defects

• navigating through modules with arrow keys
• short-cuts for common task, like save/export annotations
• assign keys to specific common defect modes (e.g. substrings/shunted cells)
