Verify domain

In order to add a custom domain to a GitHub Pages site owned by an organisation, we need to verify the domain. That means publishing a DNS TXT record. Once we have our DNS servers sorted, we should verify london.pm.org.

The verification requires the following DNS TXT record to be published.
