For a standard Spring for example, the force should be drawn in the 1st and 3rd quadrant, not in the 1st and 4th. Same applies to Damper, Friction and Inertia.

Although this is incompatible with the views presented by I-Force Studio, it makes more sense graphically and mathematically.
