table 형식 예시

ID  지역 항목 총 합계 0~9세 10~19세 20~19세
  부산광역시 남자 인구수        
  부산광역시 여자 인구수        

📌 행정구역(동읍면)별 최하레벨 4레벨(면단위)까지
📌 기존 5세별 단위 -> 10세별 단위로 수정
