Description

https://github.com/suzuki-shunsuke/pinact will convert action tags to hashes automatically. It would be nice to have an action that does this automatically and then opens a PR in each repo.

Alternatively it could be part of the repo audit action.

There is also an existing action; however we want to create the PRs automatically against every repo in the org, so we probably still need our own action. https://github.com/suzuki-shunsuke/pinact-action
