How add a single translation on a custom translation file?

I miss a little bit hear you sometimes but I know you are busy and I won't disturb you but always hope you are great fine and happy 😊 in this not easy world 🌏

I have a custom Italian translation file means I edited it to have custom translation that I cannot submit as official Italian translation.
Now testing the widget I see I have a single string that need a new translation and for example is "Type here..." in the survey.
This is in the line 21079

This is the translation I miss in my custom translation file.
Now I tried to add this translation to the same row in my custom translation file but this did not work.

Compare the two file and do from zero all custom translation is a too big work.
There is a way I can add the new translation "Type here..." that is missed in my custom translation file?

If I try to add in my custom translation the translation is not working, the new string will be not included in the translation

I don't understand well why and how the translation file works 😊

Recompile all will be a long and big work that I really hope to avoid for just the need to add a single translation.

You should translate all your things in transifex or have extension with your custom translations.
