[Bug] - Missing Trigger Icons in the Text

Prerequisites

Describe the bug

Trigger icons are not displayed in the description.

Expected behavior

Either the trigger icon should be on the card text effect, or an equivalent text name should be its place.

Current behavior

There is a gap/missing noun/image where the trigger should be.

If this is a database issue, you might need to check all cards with certain triggers as well.
