Implement "zoom in" and "zoom out" at PDF viewer #4065
Comments
Have a menu to hide the signature sidebar and show the document. |
Yes, I have found the menu icons to hide both the right signature sidebar and the left menu sidebar. But after hiding one or both the document picture remains the same size and resolution and no controls show up to zoom or download. |
About download the file before sign the document, this is a feature that haven't now. Will be necessary implement this and will be necessary funding to do this. If you wish, you can create a new issue as feature request dedicated to this feature. About zoom at PDF file, could you provide a video to give a best explain about what's happening? |
I think that all the features I mention (zoom, download, print) can be available if the "Sign" dialog uses the same PDF viewer as the View button does in the "Validate" dialog. See the attached video showing both. libresign.mp4 |
I will rename this issue. |
Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Yes, it is quite a problem that the signer sometimes cannot even read the document that he is supposed to sign. Since about version 8 of LibreSign the signing dialog screen opens the document in a fixed size and resolution, it cannot be zoomed or downloaded, so in some cases the document is hardly readable.
Describe the solution you'd like
Let the signing dialog open the document to be signed in the same nice reader like the View button does in the Validation screen (after the document is signed). So it can be zoomed, downloaded, printed...
