Replacing SQLite download and SQLite Manager with DB Browser for SQLite

The current lesson has users download Firefox and SQLite. The lessons also make reference to SQLite Manager (which no longer works on Firefox). This issue is to work on replacing SQLite and SQLite Manager with DB Browser for SQLite (which is now used by the SQL for Ecology lesson)

This issue was migrated from

• SQLite Manager not compatible with latest Firefox data-lessons/library-sql-DEPRECATED#62
• replace the SQLite download with SQLmanager data-lessons/library-sql-DEPRECATED#34
