File Ordering

So using different cameras and going to different cities at different times is going to give us some bullshit ordering of images. It's not too bad as to be an issue, but at some stage perhaps a file name/order web frontend to the manifest builder may be an idea.

This could actually be tied to a description handler as well if we wanted.
