Cuencas console runner, generate file with the export result

Right now the console runner of each cuenca just shows the content in the console, in order to do some serious checks we need to generate a file, ideally it should be something like: output/generated-result.json

Let's implement this in two steps:

• Step 1: Let's make it work in cuenca mediterraneo, PR and review.
• Step 2: Let's create a integration-utils package that will be consume by every integration
