Katex / Math Equations Support.

I tried to add gatsby-remark-katex plugin to the minimal blog following the instructions on https://www.gatsbyjs.com/plugins/gatsby-remark-katex/ but couldn't get it to work.
Can someone please help me get this up and running?
Also adding this support to minimal blog theme would make it even more loved and adapted.

I have seen a question for the same but creating a idea/feature discussion for the request.
