TL;DR

As the remediation steps suggest, many policies can be fixed automatically.
Introduce a new command to apply these fixes.

Detailed design

- Support for receiving the output of the analyze command as input.
- Add a standalone remediate command.
- Support for an auto-remediation flag for the analyze command.
