When Selecting 'Start Work' from a ToDo popup's menu dropdown, nothing happens.

Reproduction steps

1. Open ToDo Popup
2. Select ... menu
3. Select Start Work
4. nothing happens
   

Error Logs (LEANTIMEFOLDER/storage/logs)

No errors in my error.log file since before I upgraded to 3.3.3, and none referencing this 'Start Work' link. Thanks!
