Revert buttons to text. New Icons are unclear

Where did the "SAVE" "LOAD" "RUN" "STOP" lables go?? I need text labels. These new icons look like Egyptin glyphs, and are completely random and unintuitive. Please bring the labels back.
I can hover on the icon and see the tooltip, but this is just wasting my time and annoying.
This trend of replacing text with icons needs to stop everywhere. Having both is ok, but text labels should not be left out.
