"Check mod-tools"

When I load up the manager I get the message:

cslol-tools/mod-tools.exe is missing

version: 2023-08-11-f1ab1a3

And in the settings logs I can find this:

Check mod-tools
Error while: Check mod-tools
Make sure you installed properly and that anti-virus isn't blocking any executables.
cslol-tools/mod-tools.exe is missing

So I go into the files and find the mod-tools file and it's there, but when I open it it just closes immediately.
In the manager at this point I can't see any of the mods I've had, and the only things I can click on are the settings and contributors. I've tried closing and opening it, I've tried reinstalling it, and it's the same issue. And I don't have an anti-virus.
Am I just doing something wrong?
