dumping process broken sometime between 11.18 and 12.4

Game seems to check for the "foo.rofl" replay file earlier, which results in a hard crash before initialization. Providing the replay file will crash the game when it tries to initialize a nonexistent graphics device (indicating that the dump process is never started?)

Rename dll to TextShaping.dll, it gets loaded automatically on error message.
Have to dump on actual windows machine unfortunately.
