我也遇到了这个问题，library后，运行例如regionNames("河北")，报错：
Error: object of type 'closure' is not subsettable
有时能成功，有时这样报错。

请提供一下sessionInfo()

以及可能是系统编码的问题，试试

regionNames(enc2utf8("河北"))
