Train bogey changes type on disassembly #518

Sometimes when I disassemble and then reassemble train, all double axle bogeys in this train change its type to Passenger.
This bug is surely happens to Freight (Freight -> Passenger) and Blomberg (Blomberg -> Passenger) bogeys, didn't try to replicate it with the others

likely bogey style data needs to be added to Create's safe NBT
