Tests Fail with System.IO.FileNotFoundException

The tests dependent on the two text files fail due to a System.IO.FileNotFoundException until their properties are modified to change the build action to "Content" and copy to directory to "Always copy". Suggest this be added to the instructions, since it's not obvious to learners, or me, that this needs to be done as part of the setup.
