Inconsistent use of TechJobsTest vs TechJobTests #2

JobTests.cs declares the namespace TechJobTest. However, the test files (see e.g. https://github.com/LaunchCodeEducation/TechJobsOOAutograded/blob/master/TechJobsOOTests/TestTask4.cs#L5) include using TechJobTests. I believe one or the other needs to be changed.
