develop user interface for mapping protocol with Landmapper

see #2 and #1 - assuming user uses just one size 4-electrode probe (ask him about distances AMNB, usually it is Wenner = AM=MN=NB user made probe or we send them probe with K1 calculated and printed on the probe. So, let him choose/input K
