Enhancement: Minimum distance between claimed lands #64

Hi there,

could you add a config option to define a distance (in chunks) that must be between two claimed lands? This is very useful in order to avoid players "griefing" enemy players by claiming lands next to them. So when I buy a land you just going to check if there is any other claimed land within the set distance.

Totaly agree, as well as add option to let only added friends to claim land next to each others.
