I am trying to upgrade Selenium 4.11.0 and earlier i was using WebDriver Manager .
When i use Selenium Manager and my system is sitting behind vpn. When i use proxy then it downloads the chromedriver , however it doesnt open the URL as the proxy doesnt let me interact with the application , but when i first launch chrome with proxy and then again close chrome and launch another chrome with no proxy then i am able to launch the application. has anyone faced this issue?
