Backup without plan won't be displayed in backup list #22

Reproduce

Navigate to the device tab, click the backup button
Wait until backup succeed
Navigate back to the device tab, the backup won't appear

Reason

BackupManager only load backup from plans

@Lakr233 Got it. I have seen the instruction in the "One-Time Backup" dialog.
