'snmachine/example_data/output_spcc_no_z' folder > 66mb in snmachine repo #174

It has been discovered that the output_spcc_no_z folder is quite large and it may better to zip this up and only include as package data to be unzipped at install time

This can be updated in a patch after v2.0.0.
