goodness_of_fit is a snfeatures function that should be replaced by some reduced X^2/datapoints funtion.
This function is also used in the tests so it is still a bit of work to change it.

Is it easy enough to just change the function call to the new Chi^2 function?

We could do that but it wouldn't be very good as you want to minimize the number of different names used to refer to the same thing

Exactly, have just one function, and call that..

Ah ok. We also need to change the tests.
Additionally, the function is called in other classes that I haven't worked with so it will make them break as the inputs now needed are a bit different.
