Update libArcus and CuraEngine version

Thank you for making this Dockerfile open source. It has helped me a lot. As of 6.17.21, the git checkout commands in the Dockerfile should be switched to 4.10 instead of 4.4 (this is the most recent version of libArcus and CuraEngine, both even with the main branch of their respective repositories).
