What I've noticed using the plugin that it might not work for color schemes. For example I'm using glacier theme and plugin does not work at all (https://packagecontrol.io/packages/Theme%20-%20Glacier) but if I switch to default Monokai it works just fine.

Any ideas why and how to work around it?
